Relax and enjoy those long sunny lazy days on your own roof terraces incorporated in Casa Pino 3 and Casa Pino 5 keeping cool in the newly installed hot tub spas for the 2008 season, taking refreshments from your own roof top bars.

Casa Pino No 3 (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartment.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a king size bed enjoying LCD TV and DVD player, English channels.
The second bedroom has a double bed enjoying a sea view terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven/hob, microwave, integral freezer and integral fridge. The cupboards are well equipped to prepare and enjoy a meal on the roof terrace, capturing a tranquil and romantic setting. Also equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer.

The lounge comprises of LCD TV, DVD Player and Hi-Fi System, English UK Channels available and includes a selection of DVDs and CDs. The large sunny roof terrace offers a large newly installed hot tub spas for the 2008 season, large bar incorporating fridge, dishwasher and sink, BBQ is also available on the terrace.

Casa Pino No 5 (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms)

This stunning 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated next door to Casa Pino 3.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises all the amenities that you would expect in your own home including intergral freezer, integral fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. The cupboards are also equipped with everything that you would need to prepare and enjoy your own meals. Incorporating washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge comprises of LCD TV/DVD Player, UK Channels available. A selection of DVDs and CDs are in the apartment for your use.

The Main bedroom incorporates king-size bed, LCD TV and DVD player, a large ensuite. Hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms.

Mobile telephones with Spanish numbers are provided in all apartments. The second bedroom has double bed and sea view terrace. There is a large sunny roof terrace incorporating newly installed hot tub spas for the 2008 season, together with Bar with sink and Fridge.

Notes on accommodation
The above apartments are fitted to a very high standard and with regret are unable to accommodate children or teenagers.

Outside
Sun terraces incorporating hot tub spas for 6 persons, Table and chairs for 6 persons, sun loungers for 4 persons. Sun Terrace Bars are fully furnished.
Parking is available outside apartments. A five minute walk to the Tennis Club Wine Bar which includes a heated swimming pool whereby you can enjoy a lovely lazy lunch.

Coast/Beach
The Village has its own quaint sandy beach and marina which is 10 minutes walk from all the apartments. Boat trips are available from the Marina to see the beautiful Dolphins and Whales. Within walking distance is the next resorts of Puerto Santiago and Playa La Árena.

Golf
10 min drive away from the new Abama Golf course and 20 mins drive to Adeje golf course.

Travel
Nearest airport is Tenerife South travelling time to apartment is 40 mins. Taxis are readily available from the Airport or car hire is also available from the Airport or within the Village.
There is no need for a car in the Village as everywhere is accessible by foot.

Distances
Playa La Arena is approximately 3 kilometers, but can be accessed by a beautiful walk along the coastline. Enjoy the fantastic scenery.

A fully comprehensive Visitors Information Book is available in the apartments. This provides information of the many wonderful high standard cuisine offered by the Restaurants within the Village and the surrounding areas, together with the location of the lovely shops, swimming pools and local markets within a short taxi or bus ride.
